Cute and Funny..
David Hasselhoff is adorable. It's different than a lot of the "templates" used to create the sappy Christmas movies that i LOVE.
Yes it's bad, but you expect that from Lifetime
I'll be honest. This movie stinks. It's pretty much the epitome of every holiday movie that focuses around the concept of a busy and out of touch family that comes together through the miracle of Christmas and a specific person. Who just happens to the The Hoff.
Surprisingly enough, David Hasslehoff is easily the best thing in this movie. I know, that's not saying much, but he's pretty entertaining- even if it's not in the way Lifetime expected it would be. If you've seen The Soup's sendup of this movie, then you know what to expect. If not, then let me inform you that the Hoff is pretty dang creepy in this. I kept expecting him to bludgeon someone and pull them into the closet and do horrible, unspeakable atrocities to their comatose body.
But he doesn't. It's not that type of movie. Rest easy parents- this movie is so squeaky clean that you could eat off of it. It's Lifetime, after all.
It's just a shame that other than the Hoff, everyone else seems...
Unbelievably awful.
One of the worst Christmas shows ever. Whoever wrote this script and whoever did the casting for this movie needs to be fired. The actors were so disconnected, the script was like something written by a middle school drama class. It is hard to believe that film was actually wasted for this crap. I cant even say it was a good idea because nothing ever came together to form a coherent thought. I watched it for free on lifetime. Don't waste your money on this.
